Section 1. Working Principle of Bulk Bag Unpacking Machine

Lower the electric hoist and hang the bag rope of the packaging bag on the rigid bracket.

2. Operate the crane's lifting and walking, run along the walking guide rail to the top of the unloading area, and lower the packaging bag to the position of the operation box.

3. Our unloading station offers two options: an artificial unloading gloves box (ton bag is recyclable) and a rotating blade cut-off device (ton bag is not recyclable). After unloading, the material starts to flow down the chute under gravity. The unloading process utilizes a screw feeder, and to ensure smooth flow inside the packaging bags and pipes, a bag tamping mechanism repeatedly strikes the bags to break up lumps and facilitate the material's descent, ensuring no residue remains in the ton bags.

4. Material discharge complete, hoisting mechanism elevated, manual operation of the electric hoist raises, lifting out the empty bag.
