1. The Working Principle of Bag Unpacking Machines
Lower the electric hoist and hang the bag strap of the packaging bag on the rigid bracket.
2. Operate the hoist to lower and move along the walking guide rail to the area above the unloading zone, then lower the packaging bag to the position of the operation box.
3. Our unloading system offers two options: an artificial opening glove box (ton bags are recyclable) and a rotating blade cutting device (ton bags are not recyclable). After unloading, materials begin to flow along the pipeline chute under gravity. The unloading process uses a screw feeder, and to ensure smooth flow of materials inside the packaging bags and pipes, a bag tamping mechanism repeatedly beats the bags to break up clumps and facilitate the materials' descent, ensuring no residue remains in the ton bags.
4. Material discharge complete, hoisting mechanism raised, manually operate the electric hoist to lift, and hoist out the empty bag.
