Galfan wire mesh, also known as gabion mesh or ecological green mesh in China. (1) Galvanized steel wire: Low carbon steel wire with diameters ranging from 2.0MM to 4.0MM, with tensile strength of not less than 380Mpa. The wire is protected by hot-dipped galvanizing, with the thickness of the galvanized layer tailored to customer requirements, and the galvanizing amount can reach up to 300g/m2. (2) Zinc-5% aluminum (10% aluminum)-mixed rare earth alloy wire (also known as Galfan): A new material emerging internationally, offering corrosion resistance 3 times greater than traditional pure galvanized wire. The diameter of the wire can reach from 1.0MM to 3.0MM, with tensile strength of not less than 1380Mpa. (3) Galvanized steel wire coated with PVC: Low carbon steel wire with a PVC protective layer applied to the surface, then woven into various specifications of hexagonal meshes. This PVC layer significantly enhances protection in highly polluted environments and allows for blending with the surrounding environment through color choices. (4) Zinc-5% aluminum (10% aluminum)-mixed rare earth alloy wire coated with PVC: A PVC protective layer is applied to the surface of zinc-5% aluminum-mixed rare earth alloy wire.
