Mainly used for the construction of medium and long tunnels, with high requirements for construction progress and concrete surface quality. This lining trolley is designed as an integral steel formwork, and the hydraulic cylinder is removed from the formwork. During construction, it is supported by screws and automatically operated by electric reducers or oil cylinders. All are poured using concrete pump trucks. Most lining trolleys are like this. When designing this kind of lining trolley, under the condition of meeting the clearance requirements, the installation position of the lower part of the slant support inside the portal frame should be considered, and it should be as close to the lower part of the column as possible to make it bear the force. The gantry beam should be high enough, not less than 400mm for conventional railway tunnels and 5500mm for highway tunnels. The distance between the formwork end face and the door frame should not be less than 250mm, otherwise it will cause difficulty in overlapping the front and rear lining sections.
