Low-pressure vacuum carburizing furnace ICBP, featuring: no intercrystalline oxidation, minimal depth error of carburizing layer, high fatigue resistance; equipped with both oil quenching and gas quenching functions, short carburizing time, and carbon control capabilities.3. The main machine measurement utilizes a four-axis measuring system, featuring a wide range of measurement parameters, broad application scope, fully automatic measurement cycle completion, rapid speed, high measurement accuracy, and stable indication.Product Quality(1) Gears are machined on CNC lathes, ensuring high concentricity in the products.(2) Featuring straight/skewed teeth profiles, suitable for various operating conditions.(3) Available in heat treated/unheat treated types, the same modulus may have various strengths.(4) Gear life extended and noise reduced with the use of new technologyOur products feature minimal cumulative error, consistent tooth shape, smooth transmission, and no noise.
