Low-pressure vacuum carburizing furnace ICBP, featuring: no intergranular oxidation, small depth error of carburizing layer, high fatigue resistance, and both oil quenching and gas quenching functions. Additionally, it boasts short carburizing time and carbon control capabilities.3. The main machine measurement utilizes a four-axis measuring system, featuring extensive measurement parameters, broad application scope, fully automatic measurement cycle completion, rapid speed, high measurement accuracy, and stable indication.Product Quality(1) Gears are machined on CNC lathes, ensuring the products have good concentricity.(2) Features straight/serrated teeth profiles, adaptable to various operating conditions.(3) Available in heat-treated/untreated types; the same modulus can have various strengths.(4) Gear life extended and noise reduced through the use of new technologyOur products feature minimal cumulative error, consistent tooth shape, smooth transmission, and no noise.
