Clay tile production
Clay tiles are primarily made from natural clay, with the addition of small amounts of quartz, pumice, feldspar, and colorants. They are formed through high-pressure extrusion, low-temperature drying, and fired at 1200°C. They feature green environmental protection, non-radioactive, mild coloration, and do not cause light pollution. After firing, the tiles may have slight size variations due to thermal expansion and contraction. They are then precision cut and inspected for quality before being supplied to the market.
