Circular smoke damper valves are primarily used in the inlet and outlet or bypass circular ducts of flue gas desulfurization system absorption towers to isolate smoke flow. They can also be used in other smoke and air ducts with high operating isolation requirements.
Performance Features:
1. Equipped with cylinders, oil stations, electric control boxes, and a complete set of bi-directional reverse flanges at the factory, they are bolted to the valves. Upon arrival at the site, the flanges can be directly welded to the existing flue. Easy installation, short cycle, and can be completed within the minor maintenance period.
2. Open Position: The plate is outside the flue, avoiding corrosion from high-temperature flue gases and media. It reduces the resistance of flue gas flow within the flue while also extending the service life of the plate. Closed Position: The plate is lined with 316L stainless steel or other corrosion-resistant steel plates on both sides made of carbon steel, ensuring the valve's service life.
3. Designed with principles of mechanics and thermodynamics, the plug plate features a diamond-shaped composite board structure. The internal reinforcing plates are CNC machined for precision, ensuring non-deformation under high temperatures and significant temperature variations, as well as resistance to tensile deformation.
4. Utilizes flange bolts for connection with the chimney, making it easy to install and dismantle during maintenance.
5. Good sealing performance, high wear resistance.
