V. Work Process

The core working principle involves converting the acoustic energy from a power ultrasonic frequency source into mechanical vibrations through a transducer. These vibrations are then radiated into the cleaning liquid within the cleaning tank. Due to the radiation of ultrasonic waves, microbubbles within the liquid maintain vibrations under the influence of the sound waves. This disrupts the adhesion between dirt and the surface of the cleaning item, causing the dirt layer to fatigue and be dislodged. The vibration of gas-filled bubbles also cleans the solid surface.
