Rotary shot blasting machine is an industrial equipment suitable for surface cleaning of small and medium-sized workpieces, mainly used for surface treatment of engine connecting rods, gears, diaphragm springs and other workpieces, widely used in casting and automotive manufacturing industries. The equipment is divided into specifications such as φ 600mm, φ 800mm, and φ 1200mm according to the diameter of the turntable, equipped with 1-2 shot blasting machines, and supports continuous or intermittent working modes. The equipment consists of a turntable, shot blasting machine, separator, elevator, etc. The chamber is made of manganese steel structure and lined with wear-resistant quick connect protective plate. The transmission system adopts a cycloidal pinwheel reducer to drive the friction wheel, and the turntable is smoothly started and stopped through a clutch mechanism. The pellets are recovered by the bottom scraper mechanism and transported to the elevator for recycling through a spiral feeder. The sorting system includes a wind separator and a vibrating screen. Some models are equipped with PLC programmable control systems and touch screens, with standard components including Mitsubishi inverters and Schneider electrical components. The Q35 series is the main technical parameter model, with a load-bearing capacity of ≤ 500kg, suitable for workpieces with dimensions of ≤φ 500 × 800mm.
