2.We offer machinable metal tubes, including stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, silicon steel, galvanized steel pipes, nickel-titanium alloys, chrome-nickel iron alloys, and titanium alloys.

3.All collets are equipped with automatic clamping and centering functions, offering full protection throughout the entire travel.

4.The machine tool bed is constructed with a welded frame, and the machining process undergoes artificial and natural aging treatments of two or more times.

5.Transmission System: Utilizes internationally renowned brands for screws, guideways, bearings, gear racks, and servo motors, specifying the model and precision grade. The machine tool is required to operate smoothly with high stability. All shafts and guideways should possess excellent rigidity and wear resistance, good precision retention, and the guideway pairs should be equipped with automatic lubrication and dust-proof devices.

6.Machine tools are equipped with multiple rotatable diameter-lowering support systems, enabling CNC automatic lifting and lowering; prevents the precision from being affected during pipe cutting.
