2.Available for processing metal tubes including stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, silicon steel, galvanized steel pipes, nickel-titanium alloys, chrome-nickel iron alloys, titanium alloys, etc.

3.All collets feature automatic clamping and centering functions, with full stroke and full protection.

4.The machine tool bed is constructed with a welded frame, and the machining process involves two or more artificial and natural aging treatments.

5.Transmission System: Utilizes internationally renowned brands for screws, guides, bearings, gear racks, and servo motors, specifying the model and precision grade. The machine tool is required to operate smoothly with high stability. All axes and guides should possess excellent rigidity and wear resistance, good precision retention, and the guide pairs should be equipped with automatic lubrication and dust prevention devices.
