Maintenance and保养

Under rated air volume conditions, the filter needs to be replaced every 3-4 months.

Or, when the filter resistance reaches over 400 Pa, the filter must be replaced.

If the filter uses washable filter material, the removed material can be rinsed with clean water or a solution containing neutral detergent, allowed to dry, and then replaced.

Multiple washings are allowed, but a new filter must be replaced; in environments with high dust concentration, this lifespan will be further reduced.

Cautionary Notes:

If items are blocking the surface, they should be cleared.

Regularly inspect for any debris blocking the filter's intake surface and for any damage to the filter material surface.

Severe surface damage to the filter media requires replacement with new filter media or installing a new filter unit.

Ensure good sealing at the frame's bead area during filter installation to prevent air volume leakage.
