The shuttlecock should have 16 feathers fixed at the base, with a feather length of 64-70mm. However, the length from the base to the tip of each feather on a single shuttlecock should be consistent. The top of the feathers should form a circle with a diameter of 58-68mm, the base diameter is 25-28mm, and the bottom is round, weighing between 4.6-5.5g. For shuttlecocks not made of feathers, they should be made in a skirt-like shape, with quality and performance not exceeding a 10% difference.
