Product Description
The Gyratory Sand Maker feeds ore into the machine through the feed opening, which then slides down along the sieve plate. As it falls, the ore is crushed by the high-speed rotating hard alloy hammers on the rotor. The ore is propelled at high speed towards a cavity inner衬板, where it is反弹 back and collides with other ore ejected from behind the rotor, continuing the crushing process. The material then enters a crushing chamber where it is impacted by plates on the rotor, followed by entering a secondary crushing chamber for further粉碎. The crushing within the chamber not only breaks the material but also shapes it internally until the particles reach the desired size, after which the shaped sand is discharged through the outlet.

Operating Principle
