The Green Stone Sand Making Machine uses the stone-on-stone principle to crush ore, featuring selective crushing and uniformly sized products, predominantly in cuboid stone gravel. It is widely applied in bridge construction, highway construction, port, and airport construction. This production line employs a high-speed rotating throw wheel to propel the stone materials at a linear velocity of 76 m/s, colliding against wear-resistant linings, creating the stone-on-stone and stone-on-iron crushing principles. It ensures a smooth discharge throughout the entire process, reliable operation, energy saving, and is 50% more energy-efficient than traditional equipment.

Operating Principle
1. Regularly open the observation door to inspect the internal wear of the granite sand making machine, including the center feeding tube, cone cap, impeller upper and lower flow channel liners, circumferential shield, and wear-resistant blocks. Replace or repair them promptly upon wear. When replacing wear-resistant blocks, replace them simultaneously to ensure the same weight. Strictly prohibit opening the observation door during the operation of the granite sand making machine to avoid danger. Replace the impeller body promptly upon discovering wear and seek repairs from the manufacturer.
2. The gangue sandmaking machine should be lubricated with grease after operating for 400 hours. At 2,000 hours of operation, the main shaft assembly should be opened and the bearing cleaned. If it operates for 7,200 hours, it is necessary to replace the new bearings.
3. The tension of the drive triangle belt should be adjusted properly to ensure that the triangle belts are grouped and matched, allowing each group to have as consistent a length as possible. Adjustments should be made to ensure the difference in current between the two motors does not exceed 15A.
4. During operation, as the greenstone sand making machine is a high-speed rotating equipment, special attention must be paid to safety. Staff should keep a safe distance from the machine, and operation for repairs is only allowed after the power is turned off.
