1. Ventilation pipes are a lightweight, thin-walled steel tube with a hollow rectangular cross-section, also known as cold-formed steel shapes. They are shaped from Q235 hot-rolled or cold-rolled strip steel or coil steel by cold bending processing and then high-frequency welded into steel sections with square cross-sections. Besides the thicker wall, the corner dimensions and edge straightness of hot-rolled extra-thick wall square tubes reach or exceed the level of resistance-welded cold-formed square tubes. They have excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, weldability, cold and hot working performance, and corrosion resistance, with good low-temperature toughness.

Ventilation ducts are used in projects such as construction, machinery manufacturing, steel construction, shipbuilding, solar power generation supports, steel structure projects, electrical engineering, power plants, agricultural and chemical machinery, glass curtain walls, automotive underbodies, airports, boiler construction, highway guardrails, building construction, pressure vessels, oil storage tanks, bridges, power station equipment, lifting and transportation machinery, and other welded structural components with high loads.
