5. Non-magnetizable, smoothly movable during measurement without any sticking sensation, unaffected by humidity, and the flatness is properly calibrated.

6. Acid and alkali resistant with excellent corrosion resistance; will not rust.

Metallography primarily refers to the branch of materials science that involves the analysis and characterization of materials' microstructure, low-magnification structure, and fracture structure, using optical (metallographic) microscopes and stereomicroscopes, etc. This includes the imaging and qualitative, quantitative characterization of material microstructures, as well as the sample preparation, preparation, and sampling methods. It mainly reflects and characterizes the composition of phases and microstructures in materials, including grain size (also including subgrains, if present), non-metallic inclusions, and even certain crystal defects (such as dislocations) in terms of their quantity, morphology, size, distribution, orientation, and spatial arrangement.
