Working Principle
The Image Measurement Instrument is based on artificial intelligence technologies such as automatic edge extraction, automatic alignment, automatic focusing, measurement synthesis, and image synthesis using machine vision. It features automatic measurement to any point, CNC positioning automatic measurement, automatic batch measurement learning, image map target guidance, and full field eagle eye magnification. Additionally, with automatic focusing achieved through machine vision and micron control, it meets the need for assisted measurement under clear images and can also incorporate a contact probe for coordinate measurement. It boasts exceptional software capabilities that support spatial coordinate rotation, enabling batch measurement and SPC result classification even when the workpiece is arbitrarily placed or a fixture is used.
After connecting to the computer, the measurement graphics can be processed using dedicated measurement software.
