Ningheng Brand UGM-X High-Performance Self-Leveling Patching Material (abbreviated as UGM-X) is a high-performance concrete patching material developed in collaboration with the China Building Materials Research Institute under the guidance of experts, combining many years of experience in the research and production of high-performance self-leveling materials. This product boasts excellent self-leveling, crack resistance, workability, as well as high early and bonding strengths. It is widely used in the maintenance, repair, and reinforcement of concrete structures, particularly suitable for the leveling construction of high-speed railway box girder surfaces. The product comes in a single-component packaging, ready for use by simply adding water and mixing on-site.

Product Features: Patching Material

1. Early stage high strength, compressive strength greater than 15MPa after 2 hours;

2. Bonding. Excellent, high bonding strength achievable without an interface agent.

3. Excellent crack resistance; repairs of various thicknesses show no cracking, peeling, or delamination.

Packaging, Storage, and Precautions:

1. This product is packaged in eco-friendly composite paper-plastic bags with a plastic lining, and each bag has a net weight of 25 ± 0.5 kg.

2. This product has a shelf life of 6 months when stored in a well-ventilated, dry, unopened environment.

3. Do not mix this product with any other materials when in use.

Installation and Maintenance Instructions:

1. Identify the repair area; the repair scope should extend 100 mm beyond the actual damage area. Cut or chisel out the vertical edges of the concrete repair area.

2. Prior to construction, it is essential to ensure that the subgrade is solid and level, and that the surface is clean and free of oil stains, loose particles, and other debris. If the subgrade surface is honeycomb-like, it should be cleared beforehand. Any cracks in the subgrade should be formed into V-shaped grooves. Exposed rebar must be thoroughly cleaned, and anti-rust treatment should be applied if necessary.

3. Thoroughly clean and moisten the treated concrete subgrade surface with water, ensuring no standing water is present on the surface before proceeding to the next step.

4. Add water to the UGM-X repair material according to the recommended water amount and mix with mechanical stirring for 2-3 minutes; it is ready for use. If hand-mixing, extend the time until well blended.

5. Mixing of the repair material must be done according to the construction speed, ensuring that the mixed repair material is used up within 20 minutes. It is strictly prohibited to add water and mix the dried UGM-X repair material for continued use.

6. The mixed UGM-× repair material is ready for application. The thickness of a single application should not exceed 30mm. After application, promptly perform a smoothing treatment based on the site conditions.

7. After construction, the surface should be kept moist for maintenance after it dries.

8. Winter construction should involve immediately applying concrete curing compound after repair work, covering with plastic film, and then insulating with rock wool blankets.
