Ningheng Brand H-Series Non-Shrink High-Strength Grouting Material (referred to as H-Series Grouting Material) is a high-quality grouting material co-produced under the guidance of experts from the Central Building Materials Science Research Institute in Nanjing with Nanjing Teheng Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. It features excellent fluidity, non-shrinkage, early and high strength, high adhesion, high durability, resistance to oil penetration, free of chloride ions and metal expansion agents, and more. The product maintains stable quality and meets all performance and technical specifications of the industry standard JC/T 986-2005. The H-Series Grouting Material is made of high-strength aggregates and cement as the binder, supplemented by high fluidity, slight expansion, anti-segregation, and anti-settling additives. During construction, a certain amount of water needs to be added on-site, mixed thoroughly, and then it is ready for use.
Application Scope:
1. Installation services for various mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as precision machinery.
2. Secondary grouting for steel structures bonded with concrete.
3. Underpass construction for subway and tunnel projects with reverse construction technique for joints, post-tensioning grouting applied.
4. Secondary reinforcement of beams, slabs, and columns, as well as repair and strengthening projects for various concrete structures, and emergency repair work.
Instructions and Precautions:
Before grouting, the space to be filled and the rust, dust, loose concrete blocks on the steel reinforcement components should be thoroughly cleaned. The surface concrete of the filling space should be roughened, and it should be sufficiently pre-wetted for 1-2 hours or more. During grouting, ensure there is no significant pooling of water.
2. When using support molds, ensure they are sturdy and reliable, and check their sealing to prevent leakage during grouting, which may affect the grouting quality.
3. When mixing H-series grouting materials, the water amount should be added according to the recommended water volume on the product inspection report provided with the shipment, typically 1/3% of the H-series amount, and mix thoroughly before use. During high-temperature construction, a small amount of water can be added to achieve the desired flowability. For negative-temperature construction, warm water around 20°C can be used to mix and enhance its fluidity. When used for anchoring ground bolts, the water amount can be appropriately reduced based on the actual project conditions. The mixing water should be potable; when using other water sources, they must comply with the current "JGJ63 Standard for Concrete Water."
4. The mixing of H series grouting materials should be done with mechanical or manual mixing. When using mechanical mixing, the mixing time is typically 3 minutes. For manual mixing, first add 2/3 of the water, mix for 5 minutes, then add the remaining water, and continue mixing until uniform.
5. Bamboo strips may be used for guidance during construction, but vibration or insertion is strictly prohibited.
6. The initial setting time of the H series grouting material is approximately 2 hours, with the final setting time around 4 hours. It is mandatory to smooth the surface of the exposed grouting layer (to absorb moisture) immediately after the initial setting.
7. After final curing, cover with straw mats, jute bags, etc., for moisture conservation and maintenance, which should last for more than 7 days. In winter, use corresponding insulation maintenance measures.
8. After grouting, it should be avoided to weld or cut steel plate components that come into contact with the grouting layer to prevent deformation of the components due to heat, which could cause them to detach from or crack the grouting layer.
9. During on-site use, UGM grouting material has not been tested, and it is strictly prohibited to mix with any other materials.
10. UGM grouting material has a shelf life of six months when stored unopened, dry, and in a well-ventilated environment.
