The conveyor is powered by a motor and reducer, using standard chain plates as the carrying surface. By parallelly arranging multiple rows of chain plates, we can make the chain plate conveyor very wide and create differential speeds. This allows multiple rows of conveyors to merge into a single row without compression, meeting the single-file conveying requirements for equipment such as labeling, filling, and cleaning of beverages. We can design the heads and tails of two chain plate conveyors to overlap in a mixed chain configuration, keeping bottles (cans) in a dynamic transition state. This ensures no material is left on the conveyor, and it can accommodate pressure-free and pressurized conveyance for empty and filled bottles.
