Operating Principle:
Fresh air is delivered into the equalizing chamber at the top of the water旋spray painting room via an air distribution unit. After passing through a flow equalizer and a filtration layer, it is evenly distributed into the room at a face velocity of 0.45 m/s, descending from top to bottom. The workpiece is placed in a layer with a controlled wind speed, causing any splattered paint mist to be pressed into the water旋spray painting room's water旋unit. The water is atomized under the impact of high-speed airflow and thoroughly mixed with the waste paint mist, attracting the mist into the water and carrying it away. The air, now containing moisture, is then separated from the water and the clean air is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust system, with a paint mist purification rate of ≥ 98%. The water containing the paint mist flows into a circulating pool, where it is coagulated and purified (with regular addition of specialized coagulants) before being recirculated to the spray painting room for reuse. Floating paint sludge is periodically removed and disposed of through deep burial or incineration.
Water旋式喷漆房 utilizes top-air supply and bottom-exhaust, with the mist collection unit located below the painting chamber, suitable for large and medium-sized workpieces. It is a paint mist treatment equipment that uses water as the medium and employs a top-air supply and bottom-exhaust method to ensure thorough mixing of paint mist with water at the lower part of the painting chamber.
