The LCA-2000/5000 Air Purification Generator can serve as an air source for gas chromatographs, replacing high-pressure steel cylinders in laboratories, making your analysis work more convenient and safe. The instrument features a secondary overpressure protection device and an overtemperature automatic control system. When the gas pressure exceeds the set value or the compressor housing temperature reaches 80°C, the automatic control system will shut off the power supply to ensure system safety and reliability. Additionally, the instrument is equipped with an atmospheric pressure start-up device, which extends the lifespan of the compressor. The gas purification system of this instrument uses colored silica gel, 13X molecular sieve, and activated carbon to effectively remove impurities and moisture from the air, ensuring the purity of the output gas. The gas circuit system employs double-stage pressure stabilization to enhance the stability of the gas source. Furthermore, the instrument is equipped with an automatic drain valve to reduce water accumulation inside the tank.
