The LCN-300 High Purity Nitrogen Generator is manufactured based on the air separation principle of electrocatalytic method. The electrolytic cell is designed using the reverse reaction of a fuel cell. The instrument is mainly composed of the electrolysis system, pressure control system, purification system, and display system. The electrolytic nitrogen utilizes the latest membrane separation technology and features a medical-grade stainless steel tank. The nitrogen generation amount adjusts automatically according to output requirements, ensuring the stability of output flow and pressure. It can provide carrier gas for various types of chromatographs worldwide, and is widely used in industries such as chemicals, environmental protection, oil, papermaking, electricity, food, and scientific research.

4. Structure:
① Tubular electrolytic cell, integrated with electrolysis for nitrogen production, oxygen排放, and liquid storage. The electrolytic cell is constructed with stainless steel structure and employs advanced electrolyte membrane separation technology, featuring compact size, light weight, durability, anti-corrosion, and resistance to aging. The electrolyte is directly added to the inner tube, which has a uniform distribution of pores, allowing simultaneous liquid intake and oxygen排放, ensuring unobstructed circulation. The cell utilizes novel membrane separation technology with a catalytic layer containing precious metal catalysts, enhancing its catalytic power, efficiency, gas output, and high purity of nitrogen. Prior to shipment, the electrolytic cell undergoes over 100 hours of aging tests under high voltage and high current conditions, ensuring exceptional stability in performance and operational status.
② Replace the traditional acrylic glass filters with polycarbonate filters, greatly enhancing impact resistance, making the filters sturdy and durable, and preventing cracking or breakage.
③ Utilizes a new type of voltage and current stabilization switch power supply, ensuring a stable and reliable electrolytic power supply system.
④ Immersion Electrolytic Cell: The electrolytic cell has excellent heat dissipation during operation, eliminating the need for forced circulation. It boasts high electrolytic efficiency and is equipped with one-way valves at both the intake and exhaust of the cell, ensuring an internal pressure of 0.15 MPa under all conditions. This fundamentally resolves the issue of overflow.
