Vacuum System Introduction: Utilizing a vacuum pump at the end of the conveying system to draw air from within, creating a negative pressure airflow lower than atmospheric pressure within the conveying pipes. Materials, along with the atmosphere, are吸入 from the starting nozzle into the pipeline and conveyed to the separator at the end. Under the influence of gravity or centrifugal force, the materials are separated from the airflow, and the vacuum pump's positive pressure transports the materials to the destination storage.
System Advantages: The system combines the benefits of suction and pressure conveying. It can draw material from multiple points and press it to several discharge points, meeting complex conveying requirements effectively and handling a large conveying volume.
