Stainless Steel Channel Cable Tray
The trough-type cable tray should not be installed parallel to the following pipelines. When it cannot be avoided, the placement of the cable tray should comply with the following regulations, or appropriate protective measures should be taken.
(1) Channel cable trays should be installed above corrosive liquid pipelines.
(2) Channel cable trays should be installed below the thermal piping.
(3) When flammable or explosive gases are heavier than air, the trough-type cable tray should be installed above the pipe.
(4) When flammable and explosive gases are lighter than air, the trough-type cable tray should be located below the pipe.
Stainless steel trough cable bridge and pipe spacing is as specified in relevant standards.
Cable trays should maintain the necessary distance from electrical equipment such as motors and power transformers that may generate high-level electromagnetic interference. The spacing between the cable trays and power cables should comply with the provisions of GB/T 50311-2000规范11.0.2.
The spacing between the cabling, optical fibers, and pipelines installed on the walls shall comply with the provisions of Clause 11.0.2 of GB/T 50311-2000.
When laying槽式 cable trays horizontally, it is recommended to select an ideal span based on the load curve for support, with the span typically ranging from 1.5 to 3.0 meters. For vertical laying of the trays, a metal cover should be added for protection below the first 1.8 meters, except when installed in electrical equipment rooms.
The spacing between layers when laying cable trays in multiple layers is generally:
(1) The layout of the top deck or other obstructions on the bridge should not be less than 0.3m.
(2) The spacing between power cable ladder racks should not be less than 0.3 meters.
(3) The spacing between cable trays should not be less than 0.2m.
