Steam Ejector Internal Working Medium Pressure and Velocity Change Curve
The working water, under pressure from the jet pump, enters the nozzle through the water chamber. The nozzle converts the pressure energy of the water into kinetic energy, causing the water to be ejected from the nozzle at high speed, creating a high vacuum inside the room. This vacuum extracts the vapor-gas mixture from the condenser, which then enters the diffuser. As the water speed slows down in the diffuser, the pressure gradually increases and is expelled through the diffuser at a pressure slightly above atmospheric. An anti-return valve is installed at the entrance of the air intake chamber to prevent the working water from being吸入 the condenser in case of a pump failure.
