Steam Jet Vacuum Pump Internal Working Medium Pressure and Velocity Change Curve
Water under pressure, supplied from a射水泵, enters the nozzle through a water chamber. The nozzle converts the pressure energy of the water into kinetic energy, causing the water to exit at high speed, creating a high vacuum inside the room. This vacuum draws the mixture of steam and gas from the condenser, which then enters the diffuser. As the water velocity slows down in the diffuser, the pressure gradually increases and is expelled through the diffuser at a pressure slightly above atmospheric pressure. An anti-reverse valve is installed at the entrance of the air intake chamber to prevent the working water from being吸入 into the condenser in case of a pump failure.
