Roasting sand (also known as transformed sand) is produced by repeatedly boiling and re-burning our company's high-quality silicon sand at high temperatures, causing the sand particles to expand and undergo deep activation treatment on their surface. It features highly clean sand particle surfaces, low ash content, low gas generation, and low expansion at high temperatures. This allows for significantly reduced binder addition, effectively ensuring casting dimensions and precision, and improving casting quality and yield.

Our calcined sand, produced through numerous production processes, offers high-quality products. It is widely used in the molding and core-making processes for automotive engine blocks, bearings, brake discs, and other castings, as well as in the manufacturing of coated sand.
