Used as a filter aid, catalyst, molecular sieve, and carrier for rubber, fertilizers, and pesticides. Widely applied in construction, metallurgy, petroleum, machinery, light industry, hydropower, foundry, food, agriculture, forestry, horticulture, and other departments. Thermal conductivity at room temperature: 0.0245~0.048 W/(m·K), at high temperature: 0.058~0.175 W/(m·K), and at low temperature: 0.028~0.038 W/(m·K). Service temperature up to 800°C. Used as insulation and cooling filling materials.
Insulation and thermal barrier materials for building roofs and walls, lightweight aggregates, soilless cultivation and soil improvement for agriculture and horticulture, water and nutrient retention, etc.

Expanding perlite is a widely used inorganic mineral material, involving nearly every field. For example:
Oxygen generators, cold storage facilities, and liquid oxygen/nitrogen transportation use it as a filling material for thermal insulation and heat preservation.
②Used for filtering products such as beverages, oils, food, and wastewater.
③For rubber, paint, coatings, plastics, and other fillers and expanders.
④ For sensitizers.
⑤ For adsorbing floating oil.
⑥ Used for agriculture, horticulture, soil improvement, water and nutrient retention.
⑦Used in combination with various adhesives to produce profiles of different specifications and performance.
⑧ In greater quantities for thermal insulation of industrial furnace, building roofs, and walls.
Note: Apart from the inherent thermal insulation properties of expanded perlite, various finished products made from it can be produced by adding different binders as a base, catering to various needs.
