Turbines, fans, coal mills, pumps, and marine propulsion systems in industrial and mining enterprises all require oil coolers for the lubrication of large and medium-sized machinery. Building upon the strengths of similar products, our company has conducted extensive experiments on the vibration of the oil-side laminar flow in heat exchange tubes, successfully developing a new type of tubular oil cooler.
（2Product Structure and Working Principle
Tubular cool oil cooler operates with the characteristic that oil flows through the shell side and water through the tube side. The heat transfer coefficient on the oil side outside the tube is that of the tube side heat transfer coefficient.120-10The heat resistance is mainly on the oil side. This equipment replaces the traditional arch baffles with swirl guide vanes, with the primary principle being that the cooling oil, after entering the shell of the cooler through the oil pump, is guided to rotate by the swirl guide vanes. As it rotates, the oil cleanses the tube circumference. The structural parameters of the tube have been optimized through multiple comparative tests, resulting in excellent performance and safety for use, making it an ideal auxiliary equipment for steam turbine units.

Pipe-type oil coolers have the following advantages compared to other types of oil coolers:∶

3.Low oil resistance due to the use of swirl guide plates, with oil entering as tangential flow, which is beneficial for fluid operation.
4.Long service life, easy installation and maintenance∶The heat exchange tubes have minimal thermal expansion stress, hence there is no common issue of tube expansion and leakage. They still feature a tube and shell structure, making installation and maintenance convenient.
