(2Product Structure and Working Principle
The tubular oil cooler operates with the characteristic that oil flows through the shell side and water flows through the tube side. This equipment replaces the traditional curved baffle with a swirl guide plate, with the main principle being that the cooling oil, after entering the cold oil cooler housing through the oil pump, is directed to rotate forward by the swirl guide plate. As it rotates, the oil washes along the circumference of the tubes. The structural parameters of the tube are the result of optimized selection through multiple comparative tests, offering excellent performance and safety, making it an ideal auxiliary equipment for steam turbine units.
