（2Product Structure and Working Principle

The tube-type oil cooler operates with the oil flowing through the shell side and water through the tube side. This equipment replaces the traditional bow-shaped baffle with a swirl guide plate. The main principle is that the cooling oil, after being pumped into the shell of the cooler, is guided by the swirl guide plate to rotate and move forward. As it rotates, the oil also washes along the circumference of the pipes. The structural parameters of the pipe are the result of optimal selection through multiple comparative tests, offering excellent performance and safety, making it an ideal auxiliary equipment for steam turbine units.
