Material
The diaphragm materials include EPDM and silicone membranes.
The diaphragm frame is made of ABS.
2. Specifications and Models
Φ215、Φ260。
3. Product Overview
The micro-porous disk aeration diffusers are designed with a slightly arched surface, primarily made of ABS engineering plastic. The diaphragms feature imported rubber with surface corrosion resistance, processed through special techniques. The diaphragm apertures are cut using German-imported CNC knives, ensuring the quality and precision of the holes.
The aerator, during aeration, features a main disk with four air supply channels. This design ensures that the incoming air is buffered through a check valve before being directly delivered to the center of the aerator, facilitating a smooth and easy punch of the diaphragm with minimal resistance. The diaphragm is assembled using a threaded reverse lock mechanism, guaranteeing that it will not fall off.
The aerator is equipped with a check valve at the bottom, which prevents the mixed liquid from entering the distribution pipe when the pipeline system stops supplying gas, thus avoiding the blockage of the branch pipes due to the entry of mixed liquid.
4. Product Advantages and Features
The disk-type micro-porous aeration device is equipped with a check valve to prevent backflow of wastewater during shutdown.
Diaphragm has a long service life, lasting 5-8 years.
Simple design, affordable pricing, high cost-performance ratio.

8. Installation Program Description
All piping is cut to size according to the drawings and placed in the positions indicated by the drawings.
Mark the pipeline with the positions of the aerator and its various branch pipes, then glue the saddle brackets and the substitute tees.
After bonding, leave it for about a day, then drill holes once the adhesive has set (press down harder during bonding to ensure complete bonding between the pipe fittings and the pipe).
Align the main pipe, level it, place the adjustable bracket at the lowest position, and determine whether to secure it with expansion bolts based on the on-site conditions.
Install adjustable brackets on all branch pipelines without adhesive, assemble all branch pipelines in place, and adjust the height of all adjustable brackets (no need to be fixed).
Install several aeration heads on each branch pipe, ensure level observation.
All pipes in each loop must be on a single horizontal line, and the loops themselves must be on a single plane. Use a ruler to draw lines from each branch pipe to the main trunk tee and loop branch, making the lines as long as possible.
Open each loop separately.
Clean the pipe, apply glue, and install the pipe.
Secure adjustable bracket on the branch pipe by drilling holes and installing expansion screws.
Install an aeration device.

9. After-Sales Service & Maintenance
9.1 Common Faults of Micro-porous Aerator and Solutions
Serial Number | Fault phenomenon | Reason for Failure | Solution |
1 | Localized aeration is uneven | Aerator Clog | Clean or replace the membrane and aeration device |
2 | There are some with large bubbles. | Fitting joint leakage | Inspect bonding points, re-inject or re-bond |
3 | The aeration device is not aerating. | Bubble Diffuser Not Drilled | Replace the aeration device |
4 | Air diffuser detachment | Aerator not tightened properly | Re-tighten the aeration device |
5 | Bubble patterns vary in size. | Adjustable stand not leveled | Re-levelable adjustable bracket |
8.2 Procedures and steps for routine maintenance, testing, and replacement of parts:
Daily inspect the aeration pond and operate strictly according to the standard procedures. If uneven aeration and localized large air bubbles are found, refer to the previous section in this maintenance manual for analyzing the cause of the fault and troubleshooting.
8.3 Use and Other
Once the aeration unit is installed in the empty pond, it must be filled with water promptly to prevent damage from sunlight exposure, welding sparks, or sharp objects falling into the pond.
This product is not suitable for heavy pressure, should not be stored outdoors, and should be kept away from flames and hard objects to prevent damage.
8.4 After-Sales Service Measures
One-year warranty, free repairs during the warranty period (for products covered under warranty) starting from the date of completion and acceptance. Offer tracking service for the equipment provided by the company.
The company will respond within 1 hour upon receiving the customer's notification and arrive on-site within 48 hours Z night.
