3. Product Overview
Alumina aeration blowers are divided into semi-alumina aeration blowers and full alumina aeration blowers. Alumina aeration blowers are an economical and effective method for biochemical treatment of wastewater. Many factors contribute to improving the biochemical treatment effect, with one of the most significant being the presence of sufficient dissolved oxygen in the water. The new micro-porous ceramic aeration blowers can evenly disperse oxygen from the air, compressed by blowers, through the micro-porous ceramic aeration blowers into the water. Due to the small bubbles (bubble diameter about 3mm), the large gas-liquid contact surface results in an oxygen utilization rate of up to 25%. Compared with traditional aeration equipment, the efficiency is increased fivefold, and the operating energy consumption is reduced by threefold. The ceramic micro-porous aeration blowers not only have low-energy consumption technical performance but also possess unique advantages such as corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and long service life, making them one of the most ideal oxygenation devices.

Simple structure, the monolithic design consists of only three components, quick assembly, and easy installation and adjustment at the bottom of the pool.

Large surface area, with a calculated increase of nearly 75% in surface area, which also increases the aeration volume, enhancing oxygenation efficiency, or expands the service area. The integrated aeration unit can cover an area of 0.5-0.8 m²/each (H2O).
Good aeration and mixing, the original aeration device only aerates on the front side, while the integrated aeration device simultaneously aerates both front and back sides, making it easier for the bottom wastewater in the pool to be mixed and pushed upwards.
Suited for wastewater pools with large quantities of highly corrosive sludge.

8. Installation Program Overview
All pipes are cut to size according to the drawings and placed at the designated locations as shown in the drawings.
Mark the pipeline according to the location of the aerator and its branches, then glue the saddle seat and the substitute tee.
After bonding, leave it for about a day, then drill holes once the adhesive has set (press down harder during bonding to ensure complete bonding between the pipe fitting and the pipe).
Position the main pipe, level it, place the adjustable bracket in the lowest position Z, and determine whether to use expansion screws for fixation based on the on-site conditions.
Install adjustable brackets for all branch pipelines, without adhesive, assemble all branch pipelines properly, adjust the height of all adjustable brackets (no need to fix).
Install several aeration heads on each branch pipe, check the level.
All pipes within each loop are to be ensured to be on a single horizontal line, and the loops themselves must be on a single plane. Use a ruler to draw lines along each branch pipe, the main trunk and three-way tees, and the loop branch pipes; the lines should be as long as possible.
Disassemble each loop.
Clean the pipe, apply the glue, and install the pipe.
Secure adjustable bracket holes on the branch pipe and install expansion screws.
Install corundum aeration diffusers.

9.2 Procedures and steps for routine maintenance, testing, and replacement of parts:
Daily inspect the aeration pond and strictly follow the operational procedures. In case of uneven aeration and the presence of local large bubbles, refer to the previous section in this maintenance manual for troubleshooting and fault elimination.
9.3. Usage and Other
Once installed in the empty pond, the aeration device must be filled with water promptly to prevent damage from sunlight exposure, welding sparks, and sharp objects falling into the pond.
This product should not be subjected to heavy pressure, should not be stored outdoors, and should be kept away from fire sources and hard objects to prevent damage.
9.4 After-Sales Service Measures
One-year warranty, free repairs during the warranty period (for products covered under warranty) starting from the date of completion of acceptance inspection. Provide tracking service for the equipment supplied by the company.
The company will respond within 1 hour upon receiving the customer's notification, and arrive on-site within 48 hours, Z night.
