Company Qualification Review: Review the design and construction qualifications, project manager's engineer certificate, construction experience, construction achievements, professional title certificate (practice certificate or work certificate), and a copy of the social insurance for the steel plate warehouse company, based on the proposed high-to-diameter ratio of the steel plate warehouse.
3. Performance Review: Contract attachment, performance and operational status of the proposed similar type steel warehouse project.
4. Verification and Certification Systems: Quality Management System Certification, Environmental Management System Certification, Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification
5. Review Financial Status: Profit and loss details of the financial statements (including balance sheets, cash flow statements, income statements, etc.) audited by an auditing firm in the past three years.
6. Verify Bank Credit Certificate: Not under order of suspension of business or bankruptcy, assets not restructured, taken over, or frozen.
7. Review incident history: fraudulent bidding, severe breaches of contract, or major quality issues within the past three years.
8. Check if listed in the "National Enterprise Credit Information System" as a severely law-breaking and dishonest enterprise.
9. Verify if included in the dishonest executor list on the "Credit China" website.
10. Inspector: Strictly verify the authenticity of the documents for key personnel required for the steel plate warehouse project, such as the project manager, technical supervisor, deputy project manager, safety officer, construction worker, quality inspector, mechanic, budget officer, materials clerk, quality control inspector, and document clerk, in accordance with the bidding documents and contract; welders, electricians, waterproofing workers, pipeline workers, machinery operators, scaffold builders, ventilators, material testers, installation assemblers, installation cranes, and other specialized trades should strictly adhere to the "Regulations for Special Operations Personnel in Construction" and the "Regulations for Safety Training and Assessment of Special Operations Personnel." Each of the aforementioned personnel must hold a certificate before taking office.
