Steel silos are highly adaptable and widely used, capable of storing granular, powdered, and liquid materials. They have mature applications in industries such as cement, fly ash, grain, oil, flour, food, brewing, starch, feed, chemicals, light industry, water treatment, environmental protection, power, and ports. Large steel silos are buildings or groups of buildings made of steel for storage, which can hold granular, powdered, and liquid materials. Compared to traditional warehouses, large steel silos are designed advanced, structurally unique, with high storage capacity, easy to load and unload, low initial investment, safe and reliable, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, versatile, and economical.
The storage body of the large steel plate silo consists of three parts: the steel plate roof, the steel plate walls, and the steel plate floor.
Our steel plate storage facility, ranging from 10 meters in diameter to large storage warehouses, is currently the most scientifically and environmentally friendly storage equipment with energy-saving and electricity-saving functions. When the process requires a large volume of discharge, a vertical discharge pipe connects to another discharge overflow pipe, serving as an auxiliary discharge pipe. Together with the main discharge overflow pipe at the end of the corridor, they form a dual-discharge system. Each overflow pipe is an independent discharge system, and the two discharge overflow pipes can operate simultaneously without affecting each other, thereby meeting both discharge requirements. The effective diameter of our large steel plate storage can reach several meters to tens of meters, with a height-to-diameter ratio of approximately 1:1. The storage body is cylindrical, with a spherical segment-shaped dome, and the walls are constructed using steel plate welding. The unique architectural structure of the spherical segment-shaped dome is formed by a special structural design and the combination of multiple arch beams, which provides a reliable load-bearing capacity for the dome. The outer shape of the base is concave and designed using the楔力增压 principle, with varying design parameters under different climatic conditions and geological structures. Our steel plate storage facilities occupy a small area, are convenient to store, have high discharge efficiency, and an above 95% discharge rate. There is no dust or pollution during the storage process, and the storage costs are low. Additionally, the fluidization rods produced by our company are essential equipment for homogenization at the base, and have received unanimous praise from customers.
