The glass fiber reinforced plastic water tank is assembled from SMC tank panels. It features food-grade resin, ensuring good water quality, cleanliness, and no pollution; the product boasts high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, attractive appearance, long service life, and convenient maintenance management.

Installation Method:

Ensure a maintenance channel of not less than 800mm between the cabinet and the wall during installation, with at least 500mm at the top and bottom of the cabinet.

2. Ensure the concrete strip foundation is properly constructed before civil engineering work.

3. Upon completion of assembly, the drain and vent pipes should be closed, the inlet pipe opened, and the tank filled with water. No leakage should be observed for 24 hours after filling to be considered合格.

4. Provide construction power and check for sealed water at the construction site.

Installation and Commissioning Precautions:

The water tank foundation can be constructed with concrete joists or I-beams. The tank top is equipped with diagonal air-permeable filters. The interior of the tank uses stirrups. All pipe flanges are 1.0 MPa standard flanges.
