The glass-fiber reinforced plastic water tank is assembled from SMC tank panels. It features food-grade resin, ensuring good water quality, cleanliness, and no pollution; the product boasts high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, attractive appearance, long service life, and easy maintenance and management.

Installation Method:

1. Provide a service channel of no less than 800mm between the cabinet and the wall during installation, with the top and bottom of the cabinet having at least 500mm.

2. Begin with the concrete strip foundation during civil construction.

3. Upon completion of assembly, the drain and vent pipes should be closed, the water supply pipe opened, and the tank filled with water. No leakage should be observed for 24 hours after filling to be considered合格.

4. Provide construction power and check for sealed water supply at the construction site.

Installation and Commissioning Precautions:

The water tank foundation can be constructed using concrete beam slabs or I-beams. The tank top features diagonal air-permeable filter devices. The interior of the tank is equipped with reinforcing bars. All pipe openings are fitted with 1.0 MPa standard flanges.
