Zouping Fuhai is an old enterprise specializing in refined cotton and cellulose production. The company, with a responsible attitude towards society, has optimized its refined cotton and cellulose production lines and has made significant investments in the construction of a wastewater treatment station. Currently, Fuhai Group is investing in the construction of a large-scale wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 10,000 m3/day.

Among the refined cotton and cellulose wastewater treatment design, the capacity is set at 5,000 m3/day, with refined cotton COD at 4,000 mg/L and cellulose COD at 30,000 mg/L. The total salt content is 30,000 mg/L; both types of water are considered high-strength wastewater treatment projects. Fuhai Group's leadership is well aware of the challenges of this water. Therefore, before the bidding, they conducted an investigation of the participating wastewater treatment companies and engaged in multiple technical exchanges. Although most participating companies had obvious advantages in terms of company strength, they lacked experience in refined cotton wastewater treatment. The proposals they provided were either too costly or not suitable for the water's characteristics. Following this, the Fuhai leadership conducted an on-site inspection of our company's refined cotton wastewater treatment project and cellulose wastewater treatment project, which have been in continuous operation for two years. They evaluated the treatment effects of each section and confirmed that our proposed solution is effective and feasible. Consequently, the 5,000 m3/day refined cotton wastewater treatment project of Fuhai Group has been entrusted to our company for design and construction.

Combining the successful experience from our company's construction of the Hebei Yizhifeng Refined Cotton Wastewater Treatment Project and the experience from the Daoguang Cellulose Wastewater Treatment Project, we have optimized and upgraded the refined cotton wastewater treatment process in several aspects. This ensures better achievement of wastewater treatment standards and reduces both civil engineering investment and operational costs.
