In May 2016, we completed the wastewater treatment plant for Qichuang Chemical Company. With the expansion of Qichuang's business, we have now scaled up and established a new company in Zichuan, Rongchuang Chemical. The company's负责人 is quite satisfied with our work on the wastewater treatment plant from that year, expressing trust in both our treatment technology and post-construction services.
Both company leaders have a profound understanding of the treatment of this type of chemical wastewater. To ensure the construction of the new project's wastewater treatment plant is foolproof, they have undergone a substantial number of certifications anew. After rigorous testing of the wastewater treatment technology data by our company's environmental protection technicians, the construction process for this project has been established.
Considering the comprehensive nature of the combined wastewater chlorides and poor biochemical properties, we have upgraded the pretreatment stage of the wastewater with new technology, breaking free from conventional processes, and adopting brand-new electrolytic equipment to enhance the biochemical properties of wastewater treatment, among other pretreatment facilities. By integrating the experience from the first phase and the characteristics of the new product's production process, we extracted actual production wastewater and achieved the expected effects at each stage in the laboratory, thereby more accurately reflecting the feasibility of our technical solutions for treating this type of wastewater.
Due to the presence of the above chemical elements, the biochemical properties of the wastewater are not good. Considering the high levels of ions and ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater, it requires adequate pretreatment measures in the chemical wastewater treatment process to further enhance the biochemical properties of the wastewater and reduce the inhibitory effects of ions on biochemical properties. We have adopted our company's developed forced electrolyzer and multi-stage anaerobic technology for comprehensive treatment of the wastewater. The project has been in actual operation for one year and six months and all indicators are stable. It has successfully achieved the discharge standards stipulated in the contract.
