Quyang Stone Carving Craft Factory is located in Quyang County, Hebei Province, known as a renowned land of sculpture both domestically and internationally. Quyang County gets its name from its location on the sunny side of the ancient Mount Heng (now known as Damao Mountain in Tang County), a curve in the mountain range. With a history that dates back millions of years, as evidenced by excavations at the "Lingshan Cavern" and other sites in the north of the county, it was inhabited by the ancestors of the Chinese people, the Homo erectus, tens of thousands of years ago. This rich history has given rise to many famous figures, including the prime ministers Lian Xiangru, Du Bi, and Wang Anzhong; the generals Li ZuChe, Li Jin, and the four brothers Di; as well as dozens of philosophers, historians, military strategists, and sculptural artists like Huang Shi Gong, Du Taiqing, and Yang Qiong.
Shilong Stone Carving has established long-term cooperative relationships with various stone quarries over the years since its establishment. We have now developed 6 quarries in collaboration, producing tens of thousands of cubic meters of raw stone annually. With abundant stone resources, we ensure reliable supply for large-scale stone projects.
In early 2013, Shi Long Stone Carving Factory actively responded to the county's call to expand and strengthen the stone industry, investing in the construction of a new factory in Quyang County's Modern Sculpture Industrial Park. The factory covers an area of 40 acres and has an investment of 20 million yuan, featuring three modern factory buildings, 10 multi-body composite saws, 10 infrared bridge cutting machines, 1 fully automatic polishing machine, 6 single-blade saws, 4 computer profiling machines, 6 infrared mid-cutting machines, 30 intelligent carving machines, line machines, edge grinding machines, and a full range of special-shaped processing equipment. After the new factory went into production, it can produce 2,000 square meters of boards and 1,000 meters of stone railings daily, enhancing production capacity to meet various customer needs.
