Cast iron platforms are manufactured according to the standard GB/4986-85, available in ribbed and box styles. They come in rectangular shapes, made of material HT200, with the working surface finished using lapping technique. The surface can be equipped with V, T, and U grooves, as well as circular and long holes. The flat plate is a plane datum instrument used for workpiece inspection or marking. The installation should be leveled, with the load evenly distributed across all support points. Avoid vibration when in use at an environmental temperature of (20±5℃).
Cast Iron Platform Usage: Designed for mechanical and engine power testing, equipment adjustment, featuring good flat stability and toughness. Equipped with T-slot surfaces for securing experimental equipment.
Cast Iron Platform Material: The working surface of the cast iron HT200-300 has a hardness of HB170-240. After two artificial treatments (artificial annealing at 600-700 degrees and natural aging for 2-3 years), the accuracy of the product remains stable.
Cast Iron Platform Specifications: 100×100 to 3000×6000 (Assemblies larger than this size can be assembled for use or custom-made according to drawings.)
Cast Iron Platform Precision: Executed according to standard metrological inspection procedures, with four grades: 0, 1, 2, and 3.
