The 3D platform is widely used in welding, machining, and inspecting workpieces. Examples include: steel structures, various vehicle body manufacturing, bicycle and motorcycle production, construction machinery, frames and enclosures, pressure vessels, robotic welding, sheet metal processing, metal furniture, equipment assembly, industrial pipelines, and inspection systems.
The 3D platform is a standardized, systematic, and universal fixture set, based on a workbench with five working surfaces featuring standardized grid holes and a front grid line. It is equipped with various standard modules for positioning, which are connected via pins to locate and clamp workpieces of different shapes. It also allows for arbitrary combination and repeated use in three-dimensional space, suitable for welding and assembly of various workpieces.
