Three-dimensional platforms are widely used in welding, machine processing, and workpiece inspection. Examples include: steel structures, manufacturing of various vehicle bodies, bicycle and motorcycle production, construction machinery, frames and enclosures, pressure vessels, robotic welding, sheet metal processing, metal furniture, equipment assembly, industrial pipelines, and inspection systems.
The 3D platform is a standardized, systematic, and universal fixture set, based on a workbench with five working surfaces featuring standardized grid holes and a front grid line. It is equipped with various standard modules for positioning. Through the connection of pins, it can locate and clamp workpieces of various shapes. Additionally, it allows for arbitrary combination and repeated use in three-dimensional space, suitable for welding and assembly of various workpieces and products.
