Cast iron platforms are manufactured according to the GB/4986-85 standard, available in ribbed and box-shaped designs. The working surfaces are rectangular, made of material HT200, and finished with a scraping and grinding process. V-grooves, T-grooves, U-grooves, circular holes, and long holes can be added to the working surface. Flat plates are used as a flat reference tool for workpiece inspection or marking. The installation of flat plates should be leveled, with the load evenly distributed across all support points. Avoid vibration when in use at an environmental temperature of (20 ± 5℃).

Cast Iron Platform Application: Used for mechanical and engine power tests, equipment tuning, featuring good flat stability and toughness. The surface is equipped with T-slot for securing experimental equipment.

Cast Iron Platform Material: The working surface hardness of Cast Iron HT200-300 is HB170-240, with stability in precision after two artificial treatments (artificial annealing at 600-700 degrees Celsius and natural aging for 2-3 years).

Cast Iron Platform Sizes: 100×100 to 3000×6000 (Assemblies larger than this size can be assembled for use or custom made according to drawings.)

Cast Iron Platform Precision: Follows standard metrological verification procedures, divided into four grades: 0, 1, 2, and 3.
