Section Two:Main Component Introduction

1. Mechanical Filter IntroductionEquipped with an intelligent automatic flushing system and an automatic program controller, it eliminates the inconvenience of manual flushing that does not adhere to a schedule, ensuring smooth system operation. It can remove rust, silt, colloids, and other turbid matter from water. The internal filter material is refined quartz sand, widely used in water purification for drinking water, circulating water, and wastewater treatment, as well as for sediment removal from surface and groundwater. It is primarily used for turbidity removal in water treatment, pretreatment before reverse osmosis and ion exchange softening desalination systems. The main material of the equipment is made of stainless steel, with an incoming water turbidity requirement of less than 20 degrees and an outgoing water turbidity of 3 degrees or less.
Quartz Sand Filtration Material Description: Quartz sand is a hard, wear-resistant, and chemically stable silicate mineral with a high SiO2 content of up to 99%. It is milky white with red or colorless translucent appearance, has a Mohs hardness of 7, is brittle without cleavage, exhibits a conchoidal fracture, has an oily luster, and has a relative density of 2.65. It possesses distinct anisotropy in its chemical, thermal, and mechanical properties and is insoluble in acid, slightly soluble in KOH solution, with a melting point of 1750°C. The unique physical and chemical properties of quartz sand, particularly its intrinsic molecular chain structure, crystal shape, and lattice variation patterns, make it highly resistant to high temperatures, with a low coefficient of thermal expansion, excellent electrical insulation, corrosion resistance, piezoelectric and resonance effects, and unique optical properties. These characteristics play an increasingly significant role in high-tech products, particularly in the direct drinking water industry.
2. Activated Carbon Filter Overview:Primarily used for adsorbing free chlorine in water (adsorption rate up to 99%, with high removal rates for organic matter and color). Offers excellent filtration performance and low operational costs, removing organic matter, residual chlorine, and some heavy metal ions from water. It addresses the drawbacks of traditional activated carbon use, such as short lifespan and high operational costs. It serves as a pretreatment device for the production of potable water in water softening and desalination systems, utilizing coconut shell activated carbon as the filtration material.
Coconut Shell Activated Carbon Filtration Material Description: Made from coconut shells, this activated carbon is refined and processed through steam activation, followed by screening. The product features black granules with a well-developed pore structure, high adsorption capacity, strong strength, stable chemical properties, and durability. It is widely used for the deep purification of drinking and pure water. It is processed through a series of production techniques. It has a black, granular appearance with well-developed pores, good adsorption properties, high strength, easy regeneration, and economic durability. Mainly used for purification, decolorization, dechlorination, and deodorization of drinking water, pure water, and industrial wastewater; also suitable for desulfurization in the oil refining industry.
3. Softening FilterIntroduction:With an intelligent automatic dosing system, imported from the USA; American-made cation resin; removes calcium, magnesium, barium, and other multivalent ions from water, reducing the hardness of tap water and increasing water utilization (60%). Saves one-fourth of water consumption, prevents the reverse osmosis membrane from being clogged by scale. The softening unit uses an automatic multi-way valve, operates the salt absorption and regeneration process fully automatically, and can adjust the regeneration time according to the water hardness to ensure the hardness of the outlet water meets the requirements of the main unit, extends the life of the main unit, saves salt consumption, and reduces operating costs.
Strong acidDescription of Cation Resin:Resins contain a high concentration of strong acidic groups, which readily dissociate into H+ ions in solution, resulting in a strong acidic nature. After dissociation, the negative charged groups within the resin, such as SO3-, can adsorb and bind with other cations present in the solution. In practical applications, the exchange capacity of ion exchange resins includes the adsorption capacity, but the proportion of the latter varies depending on the resin structure.
Resin Granule Size: Ion exchange resins are typically produced in small, bead-like granules. Finer granules have a higher reaction rate but present greater resistance to fluid flow, requiring higher operating pressures; this is especially true for thick sugar solutions with high viscosity, where the impact is more pronounced. Therefore, the size of the resin granules should be selected appropriately. If the resin particle size is below 0.2mm (approximately 70 mesh), it will significantly increase the resistance to fluid flow, reducing flow rate and production capacity.

 

Section 3: Overview of Precision Filtration System

1. Precision Filter Brief Introduction:精密 filters feature polished inner and outer surfaces, offering low cost, compact size, large filtration area, and high filtration accuracy. The cores are made of clean materials, have strong resistance to contamination of the filtration medium, are heat-resistant, and are not easily deformed. 2、Introduction to PP Fiber Filter Media:PP filter cores are made by thermal melting polypropylene (PP), with micron sizes ranging from 1um to 300um. These cores feature an inner dense and outer sparse design without an internal shaft, ensuring stable flow, pressure difference, and service life. They also offer excellent depth filtration and contaminant accumulation. This type of filter is known for its high efficiency, low pressure drop, long service life, and wide applicability. Due to the clean chemical composition of PP and compliance with food safety standards, it does not cause secondary pollution to the liquid being filtered. It boasts features such as high flow rate, high precision, corrosion resistance, and high pressure resistance.

 

Section 4: Direct Drinking Water Treatment System Configuration Instructions:

1. RO Membrane Introduction:Reverse osmosis membranes with high and low-pressure protection devices for the whole system design, automatic flushing of the reverse osmosis membrane during startup and shutdown, extending the service life of the reverse osmosis membrane, intelligent online detection system, intelligent online water quality display and reporting system, with high configuration; it has changed the current low configuration, unstable operation of water quality at high quality levels, and difficulty in knowing water quality at any time. Removes all microorganisms (bacteria, viruses) and inorganic pollutants (heavy metal ions) that are difficult to remove by traditional methods.
  2. Brief Introduction to SuperchargerUtilizing a lightweight vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump with non-repairable mechanical seals. 3. Introduction to Intelligent Digital Conductivity Meters:The conductivity meter is a laboratory instrument for measuring conductivity. The instrument features a 0-10mV signal output and can be connected to an automatic electronic potentiometer for continuous recording. The conductivity meter is an essential testing equipment for drinking water plants to obtain QS and HACCP certifications.
Conductivity is a numerical representation of a solution's ability to conduct electricity. The conductivity of water is related to the amount of inorganic acids, bases, and salts it contains. When their concentrations are low, conductivity increases with increasing concentration. Therefore, this indicator is often used to estimate the total ion concentration or salinity in water. The range switching and constant calibration can be freely set and adjusted through the operational components on the rear panel; operation is stable, measurements are accurate; automatic temperature compensation; maintenance-free, making it an ideal matching instrument for various small-scale pure water equipment.

 

V. Sterilization System Configuration Instructions:

1. UV Sterilizer Introduction:Ultraviolet (UV) light is a type of invisible light wave located beyond the violet end of the spectrum, hence the name ultraviolet. It is one of the electromagnetic waves emitted by the sun and is typically categorized into four types based on wavelength. It represents a unique form of matter in which particles flow independently. Each UV photon with a wavelength of 253.7nm carries an energy of 4.9eV. When UV light hits microorganisms, it facilitates the transfer and accumulation of energy, leading to inactivation of the microorganisms, thereby achieving sterilization. When bacteria and viruses absorb a dosage of 3600 to 65,000 uW/cm², they exhibit powerful destructive force against their DNA and RNA, causing them to lose viability and reproductive ability, ultimately eliminating them. This achieves the goal of sterilization. UV light can cause mutations in nucleic acids, hinder their replication and transcription, block protein synthesis; on the other hand, it can generate free radicals that can lead to photoionization, resulting in cell death. The sterilization principle of UV sterilizers is based on the intensity of the UV light emitted by the UV lamp tube, which is inversely proportional to the distance from the sterilized object. When the intensity of the radiation is constant, the longer the sterilized object stays in the light, and the closer it is to the lamp tube, the better the sterilization effect, and vice versa.
