Glass Reinforced Plastic Odor Removal Box Technical Features: 1. Pure biomass strain carrier material; 2. Specialized bacteria for adsorption and decomposition of malodorous gases; 3. Microbial treatment method, no secondary pollution; 4. Strongly targeted strain selection, large specific surface area of fillers, high total number of strains, large contact area, and excellent adsorption treatment; 5. Nutrient solution recirculating spray, good gas-liquid contact; 6. High degree of integration and automation, enabling full automatic operation, low pressure drop, small footprint, low transportation costs, and high removal efficiency. The Odor Removal Box employs an optimized combination of "washing + biochemical" processes. The core of the Odor Removal Box is the biological catalytic oxidation bed. The microorganisms in the Odor Removal Box exist in a population-based manner, with multiple microorganisms cohabiting in an environment. These microorganisms are both similar and different, and different pollutants in nature can find microorganisms capable of degrading them. Therefore, the Odor Removal Box can simultaneously treat and purify multiple pollutants in a single unit.
The bio-odor removal box's bioorganisms degrade pollutants into carbon dioxide and water, preventing secondary pollution. The bio-degradation process is: after environmental conditions change, some microorganisms die, while others can survive. The surviving microorganisms in the bio-odor removal box can reproduce and become dominant over time. Therefore, the bio-filtering process can handle shock loads; while the treatment efficiency may decrease when the pollution concentration rises, it can quickly return to normal. The bio-box is a large surface area bio-filler that allows microorganisms to attach and grow, forming a biofilm on the bio-filler surface. The microorganisms in the biofilm use inorganic and organic substances from the waste gas as carbon sources and energy, degrade malodorous substances to maintain their life activities, and break down malodorous substances into odorless substances like water, carbon dioxide, and minerals, achieving the goal of VOCs purification treatment.
