Product Technical Principles

（1）The exhaust gas collected by the gas collection hood is introduced into the atomized water film purifier through the air duct. After passing through the packing layer, the exhaust gas and water undergo gas-liquid two-phase contact absorption and neutralization reaction. After purification, the exhaust gas is dehydrated and defogged by the defogging plate before entering the next process.
1、 After passing through the front-end atomization processor, a portion of the harmful gases in the exhaust gas are decomposed, and then the exhaust gas enters three different types of high * filtration systems. The high-energy high ozone ultraviolet beam is used to irradiate the odorous gas, causing the molecular chains of organic or inorganic high molecular weight odorous compounds to degrade and transform into low molecular weight compounds such as CO2, H2O, etc. under the irradiation of the high-energy ultraviolet beam.
2、 After the odorous gas is input into this purification equipment through the exhaust equipment, it is purified by three types of characteristic filter materials. The high-energy ultraviolet beam and ozone in the equipment synergistically decompose and oxidize the odorous gas, causing it to degrade and convert into low molecular weight compounds, water, and carbon dioxide. After further oxidation in the oxidation bed, it completely achieves the purpose of deodorization and killing bacteria. It is then discharged outdoors through the exhaust pipe.
